The hotel was quite elegant and modern, with a new feel to it. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping them tidy. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the ADO bus station and close proximity to affordable restaurants. We also appreciated the quick response from the staff when we had issues with our room, they were swift in helping us relocate.

There were a few things that we were not so fond of. the noise level in the hotel was quite high, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well-sized and comfortable, and the hotel itself was very nice and new. The staff was awesome, especially Mario Mejia and Angel at the reception. The location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel is centrally located to transportation, right next to the Ado bus station.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering good service to guests. breakfast is served with attentive waiters providing a pleasant dining experience.

One aspect to consider is that some rooms may not have the best soundproofing, which can be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the coach terminal and local attractions. The bed in our room was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel had gated parking, providing peace of mind with vehicles.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel interior appeared older than in the photos, and the paint was partially off in some areas.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Despite being in such a central location, I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet my room was - I slept soundly every night. The staff was also very friendly and helpful in giving me recommendations for things to do and see during my stay. On top of that, the room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, an am/fm alarm clock, and a flat-screen tv.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
